General Use: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use of the site.

3. Booking Our Services
3.1 Descriptions and Prices
We aim to ensure all training descriptions and prices are accurate. All prices are in GBP (£). If we find a pricing error after you have booked, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the booking.
3.2 The Booking Process
Enquiry: You submit a booking form via our website.
Consultation: We will contact you to discuss your dog’s specific needs.
Confirmation: A legal contract is formed only when we send you a written "Booking Confirmation" and receive your payment or deposit.
3.3 Payment
Payment terms (including deposits and final balances) will be clearly stated in your Booking Confirmation.
4. Your Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and success of our training, you agree to:
Full Disclosure: Tell us truthfully about your dog’s health, medical history, and any history of aggression or nervous behaviour.
Health: Ensure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatments. We may ask for proof of vaccination.
Equipment: Provide a standard lead and a well-fitting collar or harness. We do not allow the use of choke chains, prong collars, or electronic "e-collars."
Ethical Training: We use only positive, reward-based methods. You agree to follow these methods during our sessions.
Safety: You remain legally responsible for your dog’s actions at all times.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Your Statutory "Cooling-Off" Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving your confirmation for a full refund.
Exception: If you request the training to start within this 14-day period, you may still cancel, but we will deduct the cost of any services already provided.
5.2 Our Standard Cancellation Policy
If you cancel outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, the following applies:
More than 30 days' notice: Your deposit is non-refundable, but no further fees are due.
Less than 30 days' notice: The full fee for the service is payable, and no refunds will be given.
Rescheduling: We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, but this is at our discretion.
5.3 Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel a session due to illness or extreme weather (Force Majeure), we will offer you a rescheduled date or a credit note.
6. Liability and Results
Results: Every dog is an individual. While we provide professional expertise, we cannot guarantee specific behavioural results or "fixes."
Behaviour: You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog during a session.
Limits: Our total liability to you is limited to the total price paid for the specific service you booked.
7. Your Data
We value your privacy. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
