3. Client and Dog Responsibilities

  • Ensure your dog is fully vaccinated and provide proof.
  • Provide safe and suitable equipment for your dog.
  • Use only ethical, positive training methods.
  • Understand services may be terminated if your dog is unsuitable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Consumer Right to Cancel

You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within this period, you receive a full refund unless the service has already begun.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days notice: Deposit is forfeited.
  • Less than 30 days notice: No refund and full fee payable.
  • Force majeure events may result in rescheduling or a credit note.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website and training materials are owned by Four Paws Training. You may not copy, reproduce, or share them without written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • No guarantee of specific training results.
  • You remain responsible for your dog's behavior and damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
